Our CIP accessories line is made up of In-Line Strainers, Y-Strainers, Basket Strainers, Tee-Line Strainers, Spray Balls, Tanker Sprays, COP Baskets, Flow-Verter Panels, Air Eliminators, as well as specially fabricated items and spare parts. These components are designed to conform to 3A standards and are manufactured by a team of outstanding craftsmen specializing in sanitary fabrication, welding and finishing.

Basket Strainers

Sani-Matic Basket Strainers are specially constructed to strain particulates out of a high volume process stream. The innovative, durable design includes a side inlet, which allows you to easily remove the basket for cleaning

In-Line Strainers 

We offer a wide variety of sizes and styles of high quality sanitary Angle-Line and Straight-Line Strainers for reliable performance. These can use perforated or wedgewire inserts interchangeably. Perforated inserts require either disposable filter socks or wire mesh overlays for fine filtration. Wedgewire offers an effective and durable single piece insert in micron ratings equivalent to wiremesh. These standard In-Line Strainers are 3-A approved when using the perforated insert. If 3-A approval is required, your sales representative should be consulted to ensure the configuration meets all 3-A standards.

Spray Ball   

Our standard Spray Ball design is 3-A approved, when used with a wrap around clip. When considering a special spray ball, there is the possibility that the spray ball will not conform to 3-A requirements. If a 3-A approved spray ball is required, your sales representative should be consulted.

Spray Tubes

Our Supply Tubes are designed and engineered to place your spray ball in the perfect location to achieve maximum cleaning. Based upon your unique cleaning needs, our team of expert sales people and engineers will assist you in picking the proper supply tube for your vessel.

• Custom supply tubes require 1 to 2 weeks lead time

Tee-Line Strainers

Tee-Line Strainers are designed to economically keep materials out of your pumps and process equipment without appreciably increasing line pressure. Engineered with simplicity and durability in mind, the tri-clamp allows quick, easy removal of the insert assembly.

Strainers are sturdy, sanitary and CIP-able. We recommend purchasing the complete assembly.

TS-4 Drop-In Tanker Spray

The TS-4 Tanker Spray is the ideal solution for cleaning tanks up to 44 feet in length. This drop in style washer features a center spray ball providing top-to-bottom spray pattern and two multi-bore jet nozzles to assure cleaning coverage to the end of the tank. By providing complete coverage, the TS-4 reduces wash time, uses less chemicals, and gets tankers back on the road more quickly than standard tanker washers.

• 2″ tri-clamp inlet connection (bevel seat connection available)

TS-5 Drop-In Tanker Spray

The TS-5 Tanker Spray is the ideal solution for cleaning tanks up to 55 feet in length. The unique S-shaped manifold of the TS-5, combined with the rotary spray device, allow for 360o spray coverage. This allows direct impingement of the cleaning solution to the entire inside of the tank from end to end, top to bottom. Because the TS-5 spray coverage focuses on the end of the tanker, less time is needed to deliver maximum cleaning; saving water and chemicals while increasing efficiency.
