When a heat exchanger springs a cross-contamination leak, a homogenizer starts hammering, or a positive displacement pump loses prime mid-batch, you don't need a pitch. You need a technician onsite, parts in the truck, and a repair that holds.
That's what our service team does. Onsite inspection, in-shop rebuild, and field repair for the equipment that runs liquid food plants — pumps, homogenizers, plate and frame heat exchangers, valves, and sanitary process piping. We service the systems we install, and a large share of our service calls are on third-party plants we didn't build.
We're the regional SPX Flow authorized service and repair representative, with factory-trained technicians and manufacturer support across the brands we distribute — Alfa Laval, APV, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Anderson-Negele, and more.
What We Service
Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger Services
Plate packs fail in three ways: gaskets wear, plates foul, and seals leak. We test, clean, and regasket — onsite or at our Chino shop.
▸ CTR — Cleaning, Testing & Regasketing. Full service: disassembly, descaling, leak detection, gasket application, oven curing, hydrostatic test.
▸ CCT — Cross Contamination Testing. Onsite, pressurized, real-time results. Non-toxic, non-flammable, no cleanup.
▸ UV Leak Detection — Dye-circulation under pressure with UV inspection. Non-destructive, water-soluble, environmentally safe.
▸ Restreaming — Reassembly and retightening to spec after plate or gasket work.
Full DetailsHomogenizer Inspections & Repair
Homogenizer failures are expensive — running at 2,000 to 10,000 PSI, wear items fail predictably. An onsite inspection catches the failure before it takes the line down.
We cover the drive assembly, cylinder and components, and the homogenizer valve assembly. You receive a written report with recommended parts. If you approve, we quote parts and labor and complete the repair onsite where possible.
Most inspections pay for themselves by eliminating one unplanned shutdown.

We are the regional SPX Flow service and repair representative. Full pump rebuilds in our local shop — positive displacement, centrifugal, and homogenizer pump work — with manufacturer-supplied replacement cores.

Field Services
When the repair happens in your plant, not our shop, we dispatch trained field technicians.
▸ Sanitary process piping installation — tri-clamp, butt weld, and orbital.
▸ Orbital welding — where surface finish and weld consistency matter.
▸ Process engineering surveys — walk the plant, document the system, identify risk areas.
▸ Parts inventory assistance — build a critical-parts kit so the spare is on the shelf when the pump fails.
▸ Plunger & adapter re-chroming — extend homogenizer and high-pressure component life.

We dispatch or pick up
Service calls happen onsite. Shop work (plate rebuilds, pump rebuilds, valve overhauls) comes to the Chino facility.
